In the future we think that a lot of jobs are going to be replaced with robots and tecnologic stuff. Nowadays it’s possible for a surgeon who is in New York, using remote controlled surgeon equipment and broadband communication, to remove a gallbladder from a patient at the University Hospital in Strasbourg, east France. That has actually been done! I think that is pretty cool and this is new now, but in a few years this can be normal.
Robots can also i.e. do cleaning at schools and workplaces, like in a school in Ängelholm, Sweden. That could replace some tough jobs for cleaners but perhaps not every cleaning job. A lot of other jobs can also be replaced by robots, but the real people will be much needed too. We need people to take care of people, kids, sick and the old ones. We also need people who invent things and make sure we take good care of our planet.
People are buying more and more over the internet and using online self service more and more. That means we need more people to transport the things we buy and also people to help us out when something goes wrong - like customer service.

Education in the future can be very different from today. I think that lessons can be over facetime or just a call. I think that almost everything are going to be over the internet or a app. The classroom might be more of a makerspace, where you solve problems together or find solutions for things instead of just learning facts. All facts can be easily found by google, so education will be a bit different from today. Maths will be more problem and puzzle-solving. Schools will need to adjust to new needs in society and new jobs that perhaps doesn’t even exist yet. Some people(politicians in Malmö) also think that education should be more adjusted to every student, to fit their individual needs.
In Sweden, Malmö they want to introduce higher demands on the school's headmasters. The headmasters should only work within a certain period of time, they think that's better because the schools needs variation. In Malmö they think the headmasters should have higher demands to get the job.
